We interview all the selected candidates and got to know them a bit more, asking questions about their values, principals, passions, background, also their personality, from that interview we will consider if they meeting our criteria

Our experts will verify at least 3 writing references, and also ask questions such as punctuality, tolerance, creativity, reliability, initiative to make decisions

We make sure an enhanced DBS polic check is in place and we check passports, ID documents and Visas.

We make sure that all candidates have an up-to-date pediatric first aid certificate. If they don’t hold one, we will direct them to do the course before offering any job
