My name is Tamara de la Cruz, and I’m the Founder and Director of Nest & Kin I started this agency after years of working hands-on with families and children. I saw first-hand how hard it can be to find truly reliable, experienced, and compassionate childcare — and how life-changing it is when you finally do.
So I decided to build something different: a boutique agency that combines professional childcare expertise with a personal, supportive approach. An agency that listens, cares, and walks with families through every step of their childcare journey.
