Connect with us
Whether you are applying to a specific role or simply wish to register with us, we're thrilled that you want to join us. Please submit your CV, and upon meeting our criteria, one of our consultant will reach out to you.

Introductory call
This is is an opportunity for us to hear more about your background and your skills. It is also a chance for you to know more about us and what types of roles we have available. An opportunity to ask questions.

In-depth interview
Our interviews are a two-way conversation meant to be rigorous but also friendly. We will discuss your employment history, motivations, skills, specific abilities and experience. And you'll have the opportunity to ask questions of your own.

Checks and matching
After carrying out employment and compliance checks (DBS, Pediatric First Aid, references etc...), we will start the process of matching you with a family. We will always only present you with the roles for which you would be a good fit.
Nanny Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Experience:
βοΈMinimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience.
βοΈExperience with different age groups (infants, toddlers, school-age children) preferred.
Background Check:
βοΈMust pass a thorough background check, including criminal, child abuse, and sex offender registry.
References:
βοΈMust provide at least 3 professional references from previous employers or families.
Certifications:
βοΈCurrent Pediatric First Aid (or willing to obtain it before starting).
Skills & Abilities:
Childcare Knowledge:
βοΈStrong understanding of child development, safety protocols, and effective discipline techniques.
Communication:
βοΈExcellent verbal and written communication skills with both children and parents.
Time Management & Organization:
βοΈAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow routines, including meal prep, light housekeeping, and organizing activities for children.
Problem-Solving & Patience:
βοΈAbility to remain calm and patient in stressful situations and handle behavioral challenges with care and understanding.
Personal Qualities:
Reliable & Trustworthy:
βοΈMust have a track record of reliability and punctuality; families should feel comfortable with your dependability.
Loving & Compassionate:
βοΈDemonstrated passion for working with children, with a nurturing and compassionate personality.
Positive Attitude:
βοΈAbility to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while working with children and parents.
Other Requirements:
Legal Eligibility:
βοΈMust be legally eligible to work in United Kingdom.
Driving License & Transportation:
βοΈValid driverβs license and reliable transportation if duties include school pick-up, running errands, or taking children to activities (if applicable).
Health:
βοΈGood physical and mental health to manage the demands of caregiving.
Non-Smoking:
βοΈNon-smoker preferred for health and safety reasons.
