The family is looking for someone who is passionate about early years development and understands the importance of creating a language-rich, nurturing environment through conversation, books and play.

Tuesday: 10:45- 4pm
Wednesday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Thursday: 10:45- 4pm
💷 Salary
£25 gross per hour

Responsibilities
• Sole charge care of a 10 month-old baby
• Planning age-appropriate developmental activities
• Reading stories, singing songs and encouraging language development through constant communication
• Taking the baby for walks and outings
• Following established routines
• Maintaining a clean, organised nursery and play environment
• General nursery duties
No cooking is required.
The Ideal Candidate
• English as their first language (preferred)
• Previous baby experience
• Warm, nurturing and engaging
• Passionate about early years development and communication
• Excellent hygiene standards
• Comfortable working alongside parents, as they will be working from home
• Looking for a minimum 6-month commitment
• Valid Right to Work in the UK

Nest & Kin is looking for an experienced and proactive Live-Out Nanny-Housekeeper / Family Assistant for a lovely family in Islington with three children aged 10, 7 and 5.
📍 Islington, N1
📅 Start: January 2027
🕐 Monday–Friday | Full-time, approx. 45–50 hours
💷 £50,000–£60,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
🏠 Live-out
As the children are at school, the first part of the day will focus mainly on household organisation and Family Assistant duties, moving into childcare from school pick-up onwards.
Main duties: family cooking, laundry, grocery shopping, light housekeeping and organisation, basic family admin/errands, school pick-ups, taking the children to activities, homework support and preparing dinner. The family already has a cleaner, so no deep cleaning is required.
The family is looking for someone proactive, organised and independent who naturally sees what needs to be done. You should be warm with children, a confident cook and comfortable managing a busy household.
Occasional additional evening/weekend hours may be available, as well as some family travel during the year.
Requirements: Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid, Right to Work in the UK and strong references.
